While track is a no-cut sport with regard to try-outs and making the team roster, all athletes who are on the roster are expected to come to practice daily in order to remain on the team. The coaches reserve the right to cut any athlete at any point during the season for failure to attend multiple consecutive practices, disruptive behavior or failing grades.

Daily Schedule: |
All athletes meet on-time and as one team at beginning of each practice. Coaches will share announcements and workout expectations while the athletes warm-up/stretch as a group. The athletes will then break off into event specialties with coaches and captains. Athletes should consult with their coaches on the best training schedule to maximize their goals and reach their full potential.
